2011 Price Increase Announcements
Due to ongoing increases in transportation, raw materials, labor and energy, many manufacturers have released price and freight fuel surcharge increases for 2011.

| Effective: April 1, 2011 |
Price Increase Announcement: Air Vent |
| Price increases in the 5-7% range on all of our metal and plastic ventilation products effective with shipments beginning on April 1, 2011. |

Price Increase Announcement: CertainTeed Residential Roofing |
| We have experienced substantial increases in the costs of operating our plants, including but not limited to the price we pay for asphalt. As a result, CertainTeed will increase prices on all residential roofing products up to 7% effective, February 28, 2011. |

Price Increase Announcement: CertainTeed Roofing |
We have experienced substantial increases in raw material, transportation and other costs core to our business. As a result, CertainTeed will increase prices on all residential and commercial roofing products by up to 8% effective May 2, 2011.
Orders shipped on or after May 2, 2011 will be invoiced at the new price, regardless of the order entry date. Your CertainTeed Roofing Territory Manager will contact you with specific price increase amounts, by product, and will be happy to answer any additional questions that you may have. |

| Due to the continued escalation of product and transportation costs, GAFMC is announcing a price increase. Effective March 1, 2011, there will be a price increase of 7 - 9% on all steep slope roofing and accessory products. The price increase will take effect with shipments on March 1, 2011, regardless of order entry date. As we approach March 1, we will communicate specific price increases by product. |

| Effective April 3, 2011, there will be a price increase of 5 - 12% on ventilation and specialty products, including all turbines, metal/plastic static vents, power vents, whole house fans, rooftop accessories, metal and flexible ductwork and ornamental iron. |

Price Increase Announcement: Grace Residential Products |
We are continuing to experience a significant escalation of raw material pricing. As a result, prices for Grace Residential products will be increasing by 7% (with the exception of Grace Tri-Flex, Tri-Flex Xtreme and Bondera) effective May 2, 2011.
All orders placed by close of business (6pm EST) Thursday, April 22, 2011 for first available shipment will maintain the current pricing levels. All orders that are placed with a customer requested ship date of May 2 or beyond will be priced according to the revised price list described above. |

InterWrap Inc., the manufacturer of TITANIUM™ Synthetic Roofing Underlayment Products on three continents has been realizing SPIKING resin price increases globally for months. We continue to gain manufacturing efficiencies, holding cost down in many areas, while upholding the high quality and value in our products. We are passing on a “portion” of the increases realized.
- ALL orders RECEIVED by the close of business Friday April 29, 2011, will be invoiced off the February 07, 2011 net distributor price sheet and will be entered for immediate shipment at plant’s convenience.
- ALL orders RECEIVED on and after Monday May, 02, 2011 will be invoiced off the attached distributor net price sheet.
Special notes of interest:
- This price increase does not cover all the resin increases to date.
- This price increase does not include soaring North America freight charges and fuel sur-charges.
